Validity and requirements for nursery and kindergarten tests

ABOUT THE NECESSARY LABORATORY TESTS FOR ENTRY INTO A NURSERY AND KINDERGARTENА

The expiry date of laboratory results for admission to kindergartens is legally defined in Ordinance № 26/2008 on the structure and activity of nurseries and nursery kitchens and health requirements to them, and in the Ordinance № 3/2007 on the health requirements to kindergartens

FOR INITIAL ADMISSION TO A NURSERY:
Single negative test result for pathogenic bacteria (Shigella, Salmonella, E. coli) and intestinal parasites conducted not earlier than 15 days prior to the admission of the child to the nursery.

Blood and urine analysis carried out within a month prior to the admission of the child to the nursery.
Test with a negative reaction according to Wasserman for one of the parents performed within 6 months prior to the admission of the child to the nursery.
FOR INITIAL ADMISSION TO A KINDERGARTEN:
Single negative test result for pathogenic intestinal bacteria and intestinal parasites, conducted not earlier than 15 days prior to the admission of the child to the kindergarten.
Blood and urine analysis carried out within one week prior to admission of the child to the kindergarten.

IN THE ABSENCE OF A CHILD FROM A NURSERY for more than 30 days it should be presented a single bacteriological testing for pathogenic intestinal microorganisms with negative results only after epidemic indications, and in the absence of more than 2 months – a single negative test result for intestinal parasites.
IN THE ABSENCE OF A CHILD FROM A KINDERGARTEN for more than 30 days after epidemic indications it should be present a single negative test result for pathogenic intestinal bacteria, and in the absence for more than 2 months – a single negative test result for intestinal parasites.
